Hi guys.. Im thinking of adding this Tren Blend to my current cycle of :
Wk 1 - 15 : 400mg EQ / 400mg Test C
Wk 16 - 18 : 300mg Test Prop
Im happy with my cycle and getting good strength gains.. Not really putting on size cause I do cardio twice a day.

Dude.. 3 compounds for a first cycle? With Tren in it? I think you need to re consider.. You dont have experience pinning and you're gonna be pinning ED?
1)Dips superset with 21s on a ezbar..
5sets.. aim for 10reps with the dip.. no rest in between sets..
2mins rest at the end of this..
2)skull crushers superset with cable curls..
same thing 5sets of 10reps no rest..
2min rest
3)DB overhead press with hammer curls..
5 sets of 10 reps..

If you just wanna get bigger I suggest stick to the big 3.. Squats, deads and benchpress.. Eat at LEAST 500cals above your usual calorie intake.. Cut back on the running alittle.. Cardio is important but while bulking i limit myself to only one run a week... The rest are moderate intensity...
If you wanna know if you're overweight, look up a height to weight chart.. I dont think you're fat, if you wear a t shirt you'll look normal..
Have weekly goal, something that is easy to achieve.. Like a pound a week..You will hit the target every week or even exceed it thus you'll remain...
