I saw there are different forms of i.e: L-Glutamine. There is the Acetyl one and the none Acetyl one.
Beside the fact I noticed that the Acetyl's taste is much stronger and more sour than the none one, what's their difference if there is any.

It is recommended to take it on empty stomach and also In order for it to penetrate you should spike the insulin level so my confusion starts here...

It was refering to someone who consumes coffee regularly it was said that the Creatine showed (in researches) no effect by this type of usage.

I'm new to this forum and to the idea of using supplements. I have read recently over the web regarding the fact the caffeine will cancel the benefit of Creatine.
Is it true? do you guys who use it refrained coffee at all?
