    If you can't free squat below parallel because of your "long legs" than maybe you have flexibility issues and if you felt "pressure" in your knees than maybe you should have tried less weight.

    Sprints is not cardio... Like he said earlier, "jogging is a tired and true method" of cardio. Sprinting is HIIT for explosoveness not so much long endurance. Try playing any sport I mentioned before with only sprinting as your training and you'll be gasping for air before the game is halfway over.
