Thank you, I appreciate that! But yes like I said I have been training based around powerlifting routines ever since I was young. I first benched 225 at 15 years old and 315 at 17 years old. It’s been very very slow progress from then. I have all my lifts on video too if anyone would like to see!
I will be running my first cycle in 2 weeks. Any tips would be appreciated with it. First of a little bit about me, I have been lifting naturally since I was about 14 more serious lifting when I got to 17-20.
