Im not looking to gain a huge amount of weight through this. I am looking to break through a plateau and maybe gain a few pounds of muscle.
Yes I don't weigh a lot I'm aware of this. But I'm not expecting to gain mass amounts. My goals for this are small and easily attainable.

Training is good, have a coach the majority of the time with me. I train 5-6 days a week. The reason for the cycle is I have hit a plateau and Training/diet tweaking did nothing. I have been stuck In almost the same spot for about 3 months.

So, I am curious (as I have recently read this) that you should eat double your calorie intake at least 1 time a week. Does anyone do this or have any information on the subject?
I was running 10 k a day a few months ago but I am currently trying to gain weight so I had to cut my running down. I lost a fair amount of my cardio and whats been helping me build it back up is 100-200 m sprint suicides. Or doing a "fight gone bad" workout. that will for sure build your cardio...

What if I'm eating good though? I know my gains will be slower doing the cross fit w/o's but i know it's possible to gain as its slowly happening already. I just need to book it up a bit over the next few weeks.
