  2. Smith Machine, useful? or Towel rack?

    I think the Smith is decent for high rep front squats as an accessory movement once fatigued from back squats not a foundation in a training program by any means hack squats or leg press I view the same.

    This isn’t a cycle. 500mgs of test e c or sust for 30 weeks is a cycle.

    Hating cardio and never doing it anymore at all. Alcohol and a demanding job now days. It’s sad I blame work and beer. I used to own a gym so I rarely drank and ate a perfect diet and stayed in a gym 7 days a week with 8 hours of sleep. Best shape of my Life I was 225-230 sub 8% body fat. Now...

    Starting to slowly getting strength back in my chest had a ripped pectoral from a powerlifting competition few years back. Used to have a 445 competition bench press until I ripped it when I was dehydrated and dieted down to 219lbs to get below 220lbs for my comp. the 405 lb press took the win...
