    Now using sns joint support xt and antaeuslabs achilles and this has helped enormously, to the point i can train my legs with much lighter weights, have pain that day, but next day they feel normal again.

    Coming up to my 7th week on test e. I have been using 2 different UG brands 10ml vials. 1 looks like it will be empty on week 7 and the other looks like it will last to week 8. So how many of you actually get a good 10 1ml shots from a 10ml vial? Now thinking of switching to amps.

    That's good news, I've had 3 weeks off now and starting back with just body weight squats each day. Bit of pain as I train but it no longer lingers.

    I've lived with Crohns for 26 years and on medication. Currently training on the PHUL system finding it hard to keep the energy going towards the end of the week. Looking at Ostarine and GW cycle in the future.

    Yes, pinned yesterday an hit nerve twice in leg, third times a charm, but now cramping today. Had cramp in calves before which isn't nice, but since taking test e i keep getting cramps in my abs which is much worse, only lying down takes it away and i cant do that in work! I'm drinking plenty...

    I use the Brawn dosed at 30mg, yes for first couple of weeks lots of bloat but it settled down, sleep like a log now
