Fats are mandatory for keto, but it’s the saturated fat content that I really wasn’t thinking about. Sounds like studies show it doesn’t seem to matter eating 40-70/day as far as health outcomes...
Curious what mix you are looking for here, I like adding in avocado to my meat meals when doing low carb, but that does bring in some carbs, lots of fiber so that might help on keeping net carbs...
