Meal 1 - porridge w/ full fat milk (300 cal)
Meal 2 - 120g chicken w/ salad approx 150 cal
Meal 3 - 240 g chicken salad 300cal approx
Meal 4 - same as meal 2
Meal 5 - could be low fat yogurt some small snack
As yous can see I need help with the diet. Any advise would be taken on board thanks
I would proball bridge it. Ul be on cycle longer and i would think it would help retain gains. Thats my opinion on my research though. Each to there own:)
I was takin lectro on cycle worked up to 2.5mgs then went bk down. Now that am off cycle n on pct with nolva. Seems like my chest is itchy. I took 40 mgs for 3 days then 20 for 2wks then 10 for 2wks. Just came off epistane. Im starting my 2 wks of 20 mgs of nolva. Should i be worrying my nolva...
