    I haven't made protein ice cream, should definitely try it though. I popped open my chocolate flavored tub tonight. Flavor was great! I have always liked a thicker protein shake and you guys have it perfect. If the price is right I know what protein I'll be picking up from now on.

    Ive been experimenting with my schedule lately based on what day I play hockey. Last week I put bench and shoulders press after each other but that put deads on Saturday. Can confidently say that that doesnt work for me. I'll get at it on Monday, hard to believe Im almost back to my "1" week.

    I couldnt agree more. The two guys I mentioned above are maxing at 185lbs for the quarter squats. No where near 315lbs so it boggles my mind.
