    Generally, how long after a meal and/or protein shake would it be safe to consider having an "empty" stomach? Just wanted to get some opinions as many supps have this recommendation.

    I'll add another vote for Ragnarok, I've tried both the Stim-free and the regular one with nice results. Flavor wise, I'd say that the blue-razz and watermelon are the best ones.
