Il eat a huge meal about 1 hour before i get to the gym and then drink my pre workout as I am stretching so that it will give me an extra boost 20 min into my lift. eating at that time alowes me to have 3 hours before my post workout meal
I have tried doing them twice a week and once a week, lifed heavey and lifted for reps. I have long arms and my Tries seem to grow but Bies are at a stand still.. anyhelp?
Okay thanks! on the modified squats with your feet 2in apart should i stay light to make sure i can still drop 90degrees? how low would you go on those because i have a hard time going low when my legs are that close..
