    Recaps of my lifts after 4 weeks of SD: BP: 205 3x3 ---> 230 3x3 Squat: 245 3x3 ---> 295 3x3 OHP: 170 3x3 ---> 175 3x5 Bb Row: 115 3x8 ---> 150 3x8 My accessory lifts shot up too, all in all I'm pretty happy with SD aside from the complications. Might consider doing it again in the future...

    it was 150/60 with double dosed cycle support, but I'm pretty susceptible to BP sides so even a small elevation has me feeling crappy all day. Superdrol is no joke lol
