Going to also recommend Orthogen. I am on my 3rd tub so 3 months of use and it's amazing. Flavors are both pretty good and mix easily.

Hmm, quite interesting. Being 43 I am finding it harder and harder to lift like I used to and recover but won't ever give up. I'm 43, 5'8" and about 170 poinds. More interested in best recovery option as well as strength gain. Each seems to be pretty similar.
