I eat mostly chicken and turkey. Some red meat.
Load up on vegetables and have been very low on carbs... I know with the sd i will have to up my carbs.
I eat about 4 meals a day and in between those meals 3 protein shakes
I will have all proper support and pct supps i just wanna know how the actual ph cycle stack looks let me know any opinions thanks

Ive been running 2 miles and biking 5 miles 6 days a week and have a 5 day lifting...
well im limited to 1 bottle right now :/ so i ran first week at 3ml
today is 8th day i bumped it up to 4.5ml and ill just run it 4.5 for 3 more weeks most likely and ill be finished with 4 weeks of p-bold
so i got myself a bottle.
today was my first dose at 3ml. going to gym soon.
im wondering if i should dose higher then 3ml? i was looking around to see what others did but i cant find much info reviews or logs on this product.
