CrossFit is the only way in my opinion! Ive been trying to get bigger and stronger for the last 4 years and have seen ok results. I experimented with CrossFit last summer and saw the biggest gains in size id ever had. During the fall, i switched to more of a body building workout program and...
How would you correct the form if someone works their anterior delts alot? When im doing my sets, they(delts) feel the most tired, but its always my chest that is sore the next day, never my delts
Well not really bulking, but just putiing on like 10 lbs. I know it will take awhile, but i dont want to gain a bunch of weight, then have to try and cut fat off. Id rather just put on clean muscle.
Im just curious what you all think about doing Crossfit while trying to gain size. Im 6'1" and around 190 lbs at 6% body fat and would like to get up to about 200 lbs and 4% body fat. I want to do this clean and not have to cut a bunch of fat at the end of a bulk. Would Cross fit be the best option?
Haha, i was actually meaning more like what kind of food it is found in. My question wasnt very clear, but thanks anyways, ill just google and see what all there is
Im still young at only 19, but i can definately tell a difference when taking a week off! Actually, two weeks ago i was feeling lazy, trying to skip lifts and not pushing it, so i took thanksgiving week off, and have felt amazing this week!
Well i know there has to be a limit on it because your body does not store protein well. Whatever the body thinks is not needed goes straight to waste. So where is this limit at? 25 grams per hour, as stated by slanno, sounds pretty reasonable to me.
How much can your body digest at one time? Ive always been told that it can only take around 25 grams per setting, and the rest is just waste. How true is this?
This might be a dumb question, but i dont know and am curious....When you say that it has a huge insulin impact with a high glycemic load, What does this translate to? Like what effects on the body does this cause?
I have to disagree with that...at my college the food is awful! There are a lot of carb filled meals, but rarely anything with protein in it. I always have to resort to beef patties and milk...gets very old!
