Tuesday- Back (Cardio AM) High - 2375

Friday- Legs (Cardio AM) High - 2375

Im am about 10 weeks out from my first show. Im cutting at the moment and am following a calorie cycle plan that my buddy is using. We are competing in the same show but he is 25 and I am 17. So basically what I'm doing is High, Moderate, Low calorie days as follows
High- 2375 kcal
