    So, you know I'm just a newbie. I'm looking for the coherent and brief definition of the 'nutrition'! I mean, what does it means and what sort of food it called nutritive?

    Well, I know its good for health. But I'm curious to get the recipe of it. Can you share the recipe of the pasta you just mentioned in the post. After that, I need a nutrition table of it. :)

  4. Hard stool

    You need more water and fiber in diet. I mean, you need vegetarian foods, rice and all food that contains fiber. Don't drink milk empty stomach. So, hopefully you have got the idea. Don't rely on drugs.
  5. Vitamins

    I think this stuff take a long time(comparatively) to be digested properly. So, I think its not suitable to take it before bed. You will take sleep right after taking it so it can not be utilized properly. Lunch is the best time for it.
