    I seen so many dudes get hurt doing GMs.. i get my clients doing hypers and gradually add weight.. isolates the erectors, without dealing with balance.. thats why they started building hyper racks, GMs are old Ferrigno school! Ha! But hey, to each his own right.. well written article though!
