I used ostalean by epg and was not impressed. And I love Epg I used a lot of their old prohormones. I liked black stone labs ostapure better I got elevated mood and good gains I gained 12lbs on it. On ostalean i gained nothing but lethargy and shut down.
I don't know if anyone out their has experience or knowledge in this. I feel like the bigger I have gotten the less functionality,motor skills, reflex time and just that quick on my feet feeling has gone away. I am 250 12 % body-fat 6"3. what can I do to gain it back.
If you have issues already with your testosterone I wouldn't mess with high doses of test. I would let it be start trt and see if you can fix what's going on and not make it worse. Yea feel me. Good luck though
I agree with everyone else I am 6'2 I lifted natural tell I hit 225 and then I couldn't gain anymore weight that took me from a freshman in high school tell I was 20 and I started at 160lbs. Focus on food 6 - 10 clean meals a day not steroids not yet. Good luck.

I've done similar cycles. And wasn't super pleased test you need to go 12 weeks at least. drop the dbol it is disappointing when all the water weight leaves good luck
