So is it normal for your weight not to change much after going off an oral?
I just finished my oral (tbol) and im also doing test im in week 4 and my weight hasnt gone up since dropping the tbol.
I started at 182 lbs and currently around the 200 pound mark.
when it comes to incline db press my problem is gettin the weights up to do the first rep after that its easy
what should i do to increase my strength since i dont have a spoter
biceps and triceps i was workin them out twice a week around 20 sets total for each.
Now biceps will be
3 sets of straight bar curls
3 sets of preacher curls
3 sets of incline curls
Triceps
3 sets of tricep pushdowns
3 sets of overhead ext.
3 sets of skull crushers
overtraining i think is my biggest problem with my arms
Also i think my traps are laggin
For back im gonna be doing
lat pull down 3 sets
pull ups 3 sets
dead lift 3 sets
bb rows 3 sets
All this once a week
I think im having a problem with my appetite since every time i eat a main course meal such as dinner i get full really quick, I then start to feel sick if i try to eat anymore. Another problem that i see is that i get hungry once again within 2 hours of my last meal.

Just curious when everyones last meal or snack is for the day.
I usually have a protein shake around 11:00pm and go to sleep around midnight just wondering if thats okay.
So im on day 35 of my test cyp only cycle.
Over the weekend i lost 3 pounds , Just wonderin what em i doin wrong that im not gainin the way i thought i would. My training is in check .
So im on day 14 of my test cyp only cycle and I've gained a few pounds . Is the weight that i have gained diet related or is it from the test ?
From what i've read test cyp does not kick in until at least the 4th week.
