    Dont mean to hijack your thread So is it normal for your weight not to change much after going off an oral? I just finished my oral (tbol) and im also doing test im in week 4 and my weight hasnt gone up since dropping the tbol. I started at 182 lbs and currently around the 200 pound mark.

    biceps and triceps i was workin them out twice a week around 20 sets total for each. Now biceps will be 3 sets of straight bar curls 3 sets of preacher curls 3 sets of incline curls Triceps 3 sets of tricep pushdowns 3 sets of overhead ext. 3 sets of skull crushers

    Just curious when everyones last meal or snack is for the day. I usually have a protein shake around 11:00pm and go to sleep around midnight just wondering if thats okay.

    So im on day 14 of my test cyp only cycle and I've gained a few pounds . Is the weight that i have gained diet related or is it from the test ? From what i've read test cyp does not kick in until at least the 4th week.
