Well i have just 1 question i will really appreciate if u answer it... i'm new to the N.O ex .. i have 2 weeks the friend who told me about it said that i have to drink at least 1 Gal. a day of water... i want to know if its necessary to do it... and if it is wat happens if u keep taking the N.O...- carlos122388
