They give calories on MRES and they're just full of carbs and sodium. There is literally zero nutritional value in them. It makes life a lot ****tier haha. Im going to look into those products you listed today. I hate the aspect of losing strength while cutting too, but it's gotta be done man.

Oh man I would love to try this joint support. Hitting the gym hard and being a machine gunner takes its toll on all my joints. I've yet to find a brand that makes me feel right. It'd be tight to find something that works well for me to keep me in my prime at only 23.
