    Everything is still going well. I hit a PR on bench today. I might have lost a little strength in my lower body, but it's difficult to tell. I'm through with the SERM. I ran that for almost two weeks before I ran out.

    Day 4 of PCT Libido is up. Had morning wood. I still have 3-4 days of liquid tamox left if I dose at 20mg and I have 3 20mg tamox tabs. I think I'll split the tabs in half and get 6 days out of them.
