M1,4ADD + Epistane Log

Day 23:

Board press (3 boards) - 225X3, 245X3, 245X4, 245X4
DB bench press - 65X5, 85X4, 85X2
Tricep pressdowns

My shoulders need a break from this heavy pressing. They'll get a few days off.

Libido sucked for the last few days of the M1,4ADD. It's back now. I don't know if it's because of the Epistane or because I got rid of a LOT of stress at about the same time.

Day 24:

Squats - 375X0 twice....

I tried with knee wraps both times and got out of the hole both times. I wasn't sitting back far enough and thus couldn't get enough drive to finish. I was kind of pissed off. According to my spotters, I had plenty of strength to finish the lift. I wasn't comfortable with my position both times & my head ****ed me.

Then the guys put me in tight wraps and made me walk around the gym twice. It was the most painful thing I've done in my life.

Thanks. I've started thinking about wrapping things up.

I have a bottle and a half of trib. I'm going to start taking it during the last two weeks of cycle and continue through the end of PCT with it. No, it does not comprise my PCT...I'm using a SERM. I doubt I'm totally shut down, although I may be wrong. It won't hurt anything to start now & I'm well aware of the controversy regarding the efficacy of tribulus. So as of right now, this is going to be a 6 week cycle ending in...about two weeks from now.

Oh, here are some updates about the Epistane/M1,4ADD. I have something to compare the M1,4ADD since I'm on Epistane now. With Epistane, I don't feel like I'm even on cycle. Blood pressure is nice and low. I feel great. I sleep well at night. I don't feel like I'm on crack/caffeine all day. The difference is more noticeable since I'm now off of the M1,4ADD. The M1,4ADD seemed a little more hardcore than the P-plex I did in January. As far as results between the two, my goals and training were different, so I can't give a solid testimony. I would guess that they would give the same results.
 
Day 27:

Deadlift - 225, 275, 315, 365, 405 PR, 425 PR (in suit)
Hypers - 4X5 doubled blue mini + 50lb DB
Pull ups - 5, 6, 5, 5

Very good day. I smoked 405 & that's a 20lb PR. I tried a squat suit on & decided to do 425. Apparently you have to take in a big breath of air BEFORE you reach down to grab the bar. I got down there and couldn't get a breath in, but I had used so much energy getting to the bar that I just lifted it with no air. It sucked...it was one of those "in the moment" things that you realize was stupid about 30 seconds after you did it. I decided to call it quits after that since the hamstrings and lower back were rockin (ie no more attempts & moved on to accessory work).

Arnolds - 3X5 45, 65, 70
Face pulls
Dip shrugs

195 was heavy. I have a mental barrier when I get above a certain weight and I'm OH pressing. My body tells me to not lift it when I dip down for leg drive and I mess up somehow.

I was looking at your PCT and I think 40mg is really high for nolva. the 40/30/20/20 protocol is kind of old school and the most knowledgeable people i know recommend not going over 20. Anything over 20mg is really not helping and youre get diminishing returns. And remember that nolva is also stressful on your liver.

Thanks. I'll do some more research in that case regarding dosing.

Why is nolva stressful on the liver? It seems like I've heard the contrary many times.
 
Day 31:

Well, I went ahead and ended the cycle yesterday. I took my first dose of nolva today (20mg). Bottle broke around the stopper and almost all of my SERM leaked out at some point during the past month. I'm torn between ordering another bottle or trying to stretch this out.

I should be able to dose at 20mg/day for a week with what I have left. I have plenty of long jack, trib, etc. I'm thinking that I'll just stick it out. Libido is very strong. The reason I bridged into Epistane is so that PCT would be quicker/better/easier. I also have ATD on hand. I might take that so that I'll be rid of it starting 2-3 weeks from now.

If something happens, then I should be able to get some chlomid/nolva/HCG/whatever same day from people I know. I just don't want to bug them if I can order it myself. Thoughts?

EDIT: The reason for ending the cycle now is that I'm going to have to deload soon, I'll be traveling, I'll have a weird schedule & eating pattern, and it's not guaranteed when/if I'll be able to get in the gym.

2nd EDIT: One of my buddies has some nolvadex in tablet form that he's willing to donate. But that will only last me another week.
 
Day 31 of log, Day 1 of PCT:

Every set of squats today was a PR. Pretty cool.
 
Day 4 of PCT

Libido is up. Had morning wood. I still have 3-4 days of liquid tamox left if I dose at 20mg and I have 3 20mg tamox tabs.

I think I'll split the tabs in half and get 6 days out of them.
 
Everything is still going well. I hit a PR on bench today. I might have lost a little strength in my lower body, but it's difficult to tell. I'm through with the SERM. I ran that for almost two weeks before I ran out.

^^^ Wow, what's the deal. I've ignored you and quit responding to your PMs. You've been harassing me and talking **** for a year now. Saying that I sucked, wouldn't be able to progress, etc, etc, etc. Shut the **** up. I've never seen a productive post from you. I don't know why you haven't already been banned.

I do have plenty of room for natural gains. I was trying to rehab my hamstring more quickly before a planned powerlifting meet. Please don't post in any of my threads again. You're a waste of time.
