Ashwaganda is a great start, KSM-66 has direct correlation to raising free test levels as well, in response to the lowering cortisol levels.- Briguy1996

KSM-66 is a trademark most brands will have the same one but as always go with a reputable brand, you can buy straight bulk powders or as stated go with a reputable brand, you can even grab a good brand from Amazon for pretty cheap.- Briguy1996
