I did what you said Carl. Looked through my training log, compared it to my biorhythms. I actually found no real correlation. Most recently, I injured my knee on a Physical peak and set a PR on both BP and DL yesterday at my Physical trough.
I buy Organic Pastures milk, but I notice the milk goes sour days before its expiration date. My fridge is set to 37-38...
Anyone have any tips on keeping it fresh? Should I try transferring the milk to glass bottles?
