I'm 5'9" 178 lbs around 12% bf. I work out 5-6 night a week and I also play amateur baseball, bench 325 squat 345 and dead 375. I have only been lifting legs and back seriously for about a year now but making gains all the time.

Would potasium help the cramping also? I could get some and force feed more water/Gatorade pre games and try go with halo or would epi be better
Thanks for the advice guys. I was drinking what I thought was a crazy amout of water and only would get cramps while on the read mill after about 3 mins, that's not very long but it is longer than any period of running for one game or even the amount of running through out a tournement

Feeling great in the gym, strength is still way up from before cycle. Loosing weights like crazy though I'm at 176 right now which is down bot 8 lbs fromnlst week of cycle but still up 8 from before cycle.

All sets have been upped from 3 sets to 5-6 sets on each exercise
Been continuing at 75mg and on week 5 over all.
