    lol. is it a crime to party once in a while? My lifting progress has been amazing. Strength is up, recovery is great. It's never been like this in 6 years of lifting.

    I took a few days off. Experienced lack of morning wood but may be due to heavy drinking lately. Today I combined DAA with Sustain Alpha. Workout was fantastic.

    Day 3 Workout: Squat, Deadlift, Seated press, Cable lat raise Nothing special from DAA Day 4 Workout: Bench Press, Dip, Machine Flyes, Tricep extension Felt more energetic and slightly buzzed. Great workout.

    Day 2 Workout: Back/Bi (3setx10rep) Wide-grip Pullup, BW(180lb)x3 Preacher curl (Db), 15lb,20lb,25lb Incline Row (Db), 25lb,30lb,35lb Rope Hammer Curl, 40lb,60lb,80lb Felt very mild thermogenic effect from taking DAA but nothing like the boost I had last time.
