    im currently taking the exotic fruit flavor. its not so bad till after i swallow it. then its just awful.

    wow. you hate your arms? mine are 13" cold flexed and i can do 135 x20. lol

    im taking NO synthesize right now and so far its amazing. i dont get sore after a workout. only downside is that it tastes like $h!+. lol
