    Not too bad. Friday's workout sucked a little bit. I felt tired, muscles felt flat and I was unmotivated as hell. Other than the most of my other workouts have been business as usual. I have mk-677 running into my pct as well so I'm hoping that it will continue to be a mostly smooth transition.
