I'm a recovering fat ass. Started lifting at 18 I then weighed 360ish. 3 years later weighed 252 at about 15-20%ish bf. Got with my wife gave up everything and now I'm way fat all over again :( . Well I've been back at it since early march 2010 and lifts are going up and my body weight is going down. What else can one really ask for? In 3 years I would like to be 235 at ~10% bf. I know I can do it!
