    I would detinitely go with the serious mass but instead of doing the one large scoop, mix in 2 regular sized scoops and take about 3-4 a day. I started taking it about 5 months ago and i was 6'3" and weighed about 205...I'm still 6'3" but i'm up to 240! make sure you do cardio and abs everyday...

    hey guys, i'm back the last post really got a lot of positive feedback and helped me out a lot then, i was 6'3" and 230 lbs. I'm now up to a little over 240 lbs and i've actually lost 2 inches in my waist. Bench has gone up from 3 reps @ 295 lbs to almost 8. Seems like the egg yolks really help...
