I have been working out for 2.5 years now.
@ 53 years of age, I am experiencing satisfaction in muscle growth and firmness.
I workout @ 1AM to 2:30AM
I am usually in bed by 3:30 AM
I then am up by 7 or 8AM
I usually take a 15 to 30 minute nap during the day.

Thanks for that. I am looking for added energy in the morning. I like coffee very very much, however. flavor mainly.
Taking the erase pro will not interfere with adding Alphamine, I would guess?

What would the results be if focused on lean bulk?
If I start focusing in on cutting only, will I loos what little muscle has been built?

I see a definite increase in muscle and a definite loss in fat thus far. I changed my eating habits a few months ago, and this has helped tremendously.
