What are your calories like? From your diet on the first page i see about. You didnt include the fats.

Slight heartburn with the Capsaicium in AAv2 but i got around that by taking one capsule and waiting 2 to 3 minutes and taking the other. Forskolin-95 would make the stack killer, i had a bottle of lean xtreme...
Me too minus HIT but i do Low intensity walking for 15 minutes after and feel great.
More energy, greater fat loss, and a full day of eating to replenish nutrients. Definitely recommended for anyone with higher body percentages.
Finishing up Alphamine, AAv2, Lean Extreme stack and really loving it so far.
Have a bottle of genomyx dcp with TTA and thinking about stacking it with norcodrene.

My alphamine just arrived yesterday. Just took it right now on empty stomach with BCAA. Very interesting focus / energy, alot different than other stims ive used like C4

I do weight training in the morning. I usually wake up at about 4am and drink a protein/carb shake and head to the gym. I workout for about an hour than do my cardio?
Should i take my alphamine preworkout or intra workout since i do cardio right after.
