    Yep, pretty stoked with the deal considering ply plates are going for $7 - 8 per kilo in Brisbane right now. My old coach was selling up all his old/unwanted stuff to get his rent paid for the next 3 or 4 months.

    Saturday 28th Mar: First carport session! Deadlift, 180kg for 5x3. This was a bit of a struggle as I have been coughing since Tuesday, and not sleeping well. I am definitely on the up and up now though!

    LGD and s23 raise my enzymes, but nothing crazy. Cholesterol is usually in range though. I've always moderately dosed though.
