Don't do it, might want to look into hdrol if you're new. -

Haha ye mine swell up all the time and the doctor said it was nothing to worry about. A serious infection would have other symptoms. -

It's not usually serious, don't think it could've been caused by them, it's a sign of infection. If it's still there in 2 weeks then see a doctor. I wouldn't worry about it yet. -

Ye you could be right. Seemed it always improved after drinking a lot of water. I've always found sd quite intense. -

Yes haha but still. On sd I have to drink about 2 gallons, as I work long hours this is not easy, and it ****s you up. -

If you stay hydrated at all times it helps a lot. Very hard to do on sd for me though, got to drink a lot of water.Test base didn't help me in that area much. High carbs. -
Did people know straight away that you was on a PH cycle?
Ye true could be the fault on my end. I have a few bottles of epi. Might give them a try in a few months before summer. Now I'm more experienced it could be better.
