    Haha ye mine swell up all the time and the doctor said it was nothing to worry about. A serious infection would have other symptoms.

    It's not usually serious, don't think it could've been caused by them, it's a sign of infection. If it's still there in 2 weeks then see a doctor. I wouldn't worry about it yet.

    Yes haha but still. On sd I have to drink about 2 gallons, as I work long hours this is not easy, and it ****s you up.

    If you stay hydrated at all times it helps a lot. Very hard to do on sd for me though, got to drink a lot of water.Test base didn't help me in that area much. High carbs.

    Ye true could be the fault on my end. I have a few bottles of epi. Might give them a try in a few months before summer. Now I'm more experienced it could be better.

    Other than SD.All the orals I have taken seem like a waste of time and money. But when I was mid cycle I'm glad I went through the others to prepare me. SD is very intense.
