Hey guys whats up i havent been here for a while. Im thinkin about jumpin on gear the last time ive lifted seriously was 2008 to 2009 but due to work i cant find the time i still go on and off. My weight has dropped significantly im still 6'3 but now im 160 soaking wet. eating has become an issue but im starting to get there im 25 never geared in my life but im gonna jump on tst and deca anyadvice besides sarcastic ones. besides eat eat and lift then rest?
