    I've been very progressive on cutting. I carb cycle down before I start cutting and go keto for a couple to a few weeks. If I tried just dumping carbs my body just goes to crap. We're all different, I suppose. The reload is under 80g of fast carbs, and only on a rest day from the gym.

    Last spring I did what you're doing now. I didn't go full keto, 3 days on then a reload. I had great results, didn't loose any size, just some strength. I'm running test only this year and am having similar results.

    I have done them, actually in PT, but not nearly as intense because I was still healing. I'll switch back to making this a main exercise. Never really bothered by the si, it's just the missing disc and cracked vertebrae. Thanks for the info!

    That's a good idea. I currently do single leg squats to keep the weight down on my back, but I've been doing those as soon as I warm up. I'll switch that around tomorrow and see if I feel like I did more. Can't do a belt for heavy lifts as I still wind up in bed for a day or two. Thanks man.

    How do your feel at that number? I ask because I started at 200/week and have been there over a year. I feel like I did at least 15 years ago, veiny and strong. But I do wonder if less would be the same...

    Ok, but it just turns on the leydig cells to produce testosterone, which trt does for you. Is there something else I'm missing?

    Ball size, sperm count and... The big one, amount of semen produced with an orgasm. I have heard the general bell being is based on a higher test level because you are producing some on your own with HCG. If you feel good in all those places, no point really.

    I wouldn't, but I also don't know how your body responds... For me, the half life is shorter than "average". You could always come back with "maybe I missed my last shot" But I don't know how that goes, I use a trt clinic and they have no problem working around your extracurricular activities...

    I believe the test that was in your system will already be on the way out. I don't stop pinning, I just go with my half dose twice a week and go right back to normal. I would donate blood, then get back on track with a normal protocol. If you go in after cycle and don't take your shot that week...
