    I'm looking to see what snacks I can have after 10PM since I typically don't go to bed until after 11. I hate going to bed with my stomach gurgling, it only deprives me of sleep and affects my energy to workout the next day. Any options?

    I've done the P90x and Insanity workouts to compare results. P90x is geared for muscle toning and weight loss. Insanity workout is geared to just weight loss. It all depends on what your looking to achieve.

    I've always heard that working your abs everyday does more harm than good for development of your abs.
  5. Crossfit

    I've seen the workouts grow over that last couple of years. I feel it could be a great training regimen to follow. I've see the Crossfit games on ESPN and can see that it definitely does bulk up our shoulders from based on the type of exercises.
