You have actually posted a very interesting question. Im not fat im 5 10 `167lbs but my chest area looks like it packed a whole layer of fat it looks like gyno but not just in the nipple area more like 3inc diameter around whole nipple area and beyond its not very localized to the nipple -

it was not counterfeit i got it with a prescription from the pharmacy. I m trying to look into myself as to why this advese rxn would occurr but after reading the insert it is one of the adverse rxns so i can not complain -
