    At 5'9, average weight sits between 145 to 150lbs. Combined with 3 day strength regimen with weights with a calorie intake between 2000-2700 has increased member weight to an all time high of 155 lbs.
    The user has sampled a few products from Nutraplanet (whey protein and White flood) and AI Sports Nutrition (Perform, HGHPro, Motivate, Maniac, RecoverPro) but has yet to log a consistent track with them during this routine.
    A 3-4 day/week weight regimen for strength will proceed a 3 week agility and cardioendurance training. Stacks TBA.
