    Yeah I most likely will. I probably won't run it until winter, seeing as I'm still in PCT coming off of a recent epistane run - just got too excited and decided to plan waaaaay far ahead haha.

    Is it a popular thing for people to run lower dosages for the water retention aspect? Wouldn't it just make more sense to run at around 500mg and throw in some aromasin instead?

    hahaha yeah man, guilty as charged - it was definitely just for the title to grab people's attention. I'm thinking the same with the aromasin, but who knows. I'll for sure buy it before my cycle though just to be certain!

    yeah, epi is methylated and will definitely put stress on the liver, but compared to other orals, it's "milder" in that sense. Regardless, just take CEL cycle assist or similar and the organ risk is taken care of. TUDCA would be the ultimate for sole liver protection.

    I kept it around 3500 cals, which is a little over my maintenance. High protein, high fat, low-ish carbs (typically oats in the morning and fruit for the rest of the day carb-wise), and I ate whatever I wanted on Saturdays.
