    I would be running var at 80mg/ day. Carbs are a modera te to me. Naturally i need alot. Wworking 15h days as a personal trainer on top of my workouts demands a lot of energy. Tipically 600+ grams of carbs to maintain my weight. Anyways do u think i wuld benefit more from the var or t3?
