Im 5"5 weigh 10st and have a bf of around 24% i train 5-6 days a week, a combination of weight n cardio. I always train fasted, i just prefer to. I eat clean atleast 5 days of the week, i carb cycle, usually 2/3 days low-medium carb n then 1 high. Eat 4 times a day.
