    Good post, finally!! The only thing I would suggest might be to alternate dead lift in there every other wk on one day or maybe do sqt mon and dead thurs...? Btw, don't be a dumd ace and nobody will get pissed at you...

    I kind of like it cause it always keeps you in touch with the heavier weight. In between my singles I will usually go do a set of some auxillary excercise that will target an area of weakness, but won't interfere with my routine for that particular day.

    Yes, I call it heavy singles. I have never used it as a separate training regimine, but rather use it when I warm up, mostly only on my 3 core excercises, b,d,s. I do a few increasingly heavy single reps before doing my work sets. Then when you drop the weight back for your work sets it feels...

    My gosh dude, not tryin to punk you out, but can't you understand English? The guy is looking for advice or a routine where he lifts 1 day and then doesn't lift for the next 2 days, then lifts again and then not for 2 days, etc... "one day on and two days off", get it?
