    my delts look small compared to my tris and chest, and i am looking to add more size to them. i have worked out legs, chest and back twice a week before, but have never done the same with delts. has anyone had success hitting their delts twice a week or has it been counterproductive?

    you really cannot go wrong with a foreman grill. season some fish with lemon and dill, grill up some chicken. the other night we cooked flank steak in the foreman.

    thanks for the response man. and i understand completely about trying to accomplish two goals at the same time. i am going to work at an overall recomp first, and then zero in on adding lean mass after i drop a little bf and get into a solid eating routine.

    for me, egg yolks are a solid part of a good bulk. how long have you been eating 8 eggs a day?

    35mg is low for a can of tuna. i need to look for that. also, rinsing the tuna as mentioned above does help some.
