That's a good point, it actually depletes a whole bunch of essential vitamins and minerals, I don't know if a lot of people know this but high doses of stimulants can severely limit muscle growth...

Also MAGNESIUM during use and during your break. Most stims deplete it. I like higher dose THIAMINE aka VITAMIN B1 for stim free energy.

Just come off them for a while. Most of them are overrated anyway and a good cup of coffee will do. You can always buy separate stuff for pump if you want.

Stim break, 10-14 days. You got to reset your drug tolerance and the only way to do it is to stop taking the drug.
