Same... Publix is outright thievery. Walmart SS and Aldis weren't too bad though. WM chicken breast was .10 more a lb. Other things were also a few pct more than I pay in RI.

I mega-dose most natty supplements. The other thing is stock. Often brands like CEL/SNS will be OOS so I need to stock up. It can take months for some supplements to come back in stock.
